It was a lot of fun, and I really enjoyed using it all. But these were review sample devices that I didn’t have to fork out for....

As unearthed by Windows Latest, on 14 May the company patented a new device with magnetic hinge, allowing for one screen to be detached from the other. It’s the primary differentiating factor over the Surface Duo and Surface Neo, dual-screen devices that Microsoft announced back in October 2019 but are still yet to be released. However, it’s unclear whether it would be pitched as a follow-up to those devices or a new product in its own right....

It was only a matter of time before Nest expanded its product range to include security, and with rivals such as Ring stealing a march on Wi-Fi- and camera-equipped doorbells, it’s not too surprising that Nest has added this to its range. Ring has already released a second-gen version of its video doorbell, the Ring 2. When is the Nest Hello release date? Speaking at the OnePlus 3 launch event, OnePlus has confirmed that there will not be a successor to the OnePlus X, and that it will focus on a single smartphone product line in future. Sony has now shared the design, controllers, and specs of the hardware, which will go on sale early in 2023 – and cost more than a PS5 itself.
